To obtain a work visa in South Korea, you need to:

1. Find a job and secure a job offer from a South Korean employer.
   
   
2. The employer must submit the required documents and apply for a certificate of confirmation of visa issuance at the Ministry of Justice.
   
   
3. After obtaining the certificate, you can apply for the visa at a South Korean embassy or consulate in your home country.
   
   
4. You will need to submit required documents such as passport, certificate of confirmation of visa issuance, resume, and diploma.
   
   
5. Attend an interview and provide additional documents if required.
   
   
6. Upon approval, pay the visa fee and receive the work visa.

With the workcation visa, foreign travelers will be able to stay in Korea temporarily while also performing their usual tasks as an employee of a company from their home country. All the while, experiencing life in Korea. The details of the new visa's implementation have not yet been set either.

If introduced, foreign travelers can stay in Korea for up to two years to explore their areas of interest. It will be introduced during the second half of next year.
