Mark Cheolhyun Yoo graduated from the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at Seoul National University, and passed the 44th annual Patent Attorney Examination in 2007. Since founding BLT Patent & Law Firm, an ”accelerator“ type firm engaged in discovery and direct investment into startups, Yoo, an expert in IT and BM, has been involved in IP and business strategy consulting for all types of technology-based startups. He is currently a member of the deliberative council of the Korea SMEs and Startups Agency, and is in charge of review for the TIPs program of the Korea Business Angels Association.
