Cheolhyun Yoo Managing Partner / Co-Founder
Cheolhyun Yoo graduated from the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at Seoul National University, and Qualified as a Korean patent attorney in 2007.
Since founding BLT Patent & Law Firm, an "accelerator" type firm engaged in discovery and direct investment into startups, Yoo, focused on software and business-method patents, has been involved in IP and business strategy consulting for all types of technology-based startups. He is currently a sits on the advisory committee of the Korea SMEs and Startups Agency (KOSME), and is in charge of review for the TIPs program of the Korea Business Angels Association.

Jongkuk Kim graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Korea University, and Qualified as a Korean patent attorney in 2007.
Kim has extensive experience handling domestic and international patent prosecution for major Korean corporations, SMEs, startups, leading universities, government-funded research institutes, and multinational companies seeking patent protection in Korea. His current practice focuses on patent prosecution and IP consulting for startups and SMEs. He also serves as an employee invention consultant and has a strong interest in complementary corporate protection strategies, including technology escrow and trade secret protection, alongside patent rights.

Mark Cheolhyun Yoo graduated from the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at Seoul National University, and Qualified as a Korean patent attorney in 2007.

Chung built his experience in defense industries IP affairs while serving in the Army IP Management Bureau at the Ministry of Defense, and is engaged in patent affairs for major Korean hospitals (Asan Medical Center, Yonsei University Health System and Seoul St. Mary’s Hospital) and medical enterprises. Chung is also involved in patent affairs and business for fintech, security and AI startups.
